Enrollment in any JTDI program is subject to availability, payment of applicable fees, and acceptance by the JTDI team. Submission of an enrollment form does not constitute confirmed enrollment. Enrollment is confirmed only when the JTDI team explicitly communicates acceptance and access has been granted to the relevant training channel or platform.
Access to JTDI training content is personal and non-transferable. Enrolled students may not share login credentials, course materials, or platform access with any other individual without prior written consent from JTDI.
JTDI reserves the right to modify, restructure, or discontinue any program, course, or school at any time. Where material changes affect enrolled students, JTDI will communicate those changes directly and in advance wherever possible.
All content published on this website and within JTDI training programs, including but not limited to text, course materials, lesson notes, video content, graphics, logos, and curriculum structure, is the intellectual property of JaoTech Digital Institute and JaoTech Gworld unless otherwise stated.
You are not permitted to reproduce, copy, redistribute, sell, license, or create derivative works from any JTDI content without explicit written permission from the institute. Sharing individual lessons or materials outside the JTDI community for personal gain or redistribution constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in immediate termination of your access without refund.
The JTDI name, logo, and all associated branding are registered trademarks of JaoTech Gworld. Unauthorized use of these marks in any form is prohibited.
All students enrolled at JaoTech Digital Institute are expected to conduct themselves with integrity, respect, and professionalism within all JTDI spaces, including Telegram channels, WhatsApp communities, and any other platform through which training is delivered.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited within JTDI communities:
Violation of these conduct standards may result in suspension or permanent removal from all JTDI programs and communities, at the sole discretion of the institute, without obligation to provide a refund.
Program fees are communicated directly to students during the enrollment process. All fees must be settled in full before access to paid training content is granted, unless a payment arrangement has been explicitly agreed upon by the JTDI team in writing.
Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. A refund may be granted if a student withdraws before the commencement of their program and notifies JTDI in writing within forty-eight hours of confirmed enrollment. No refunds will be issued once training has commenced or once course materials have been accessed.
JTDI reserves the right to decline a refund request where the student has violated the conduct terms outlined in Section 05 of this agreement.
JTDI certificates are issued upon successful completion of a program's curriculum and fulfillment of all assignment and project requirements. Certificates are issued at the sole discretion of JaoTech Digital Institute and may be withheld where a student has not met the required standards.
JTDI certificates are credentials issued by JaoTech Digital Institute. They represent the institute's recognition of a student's acquired skills and completed training. Students are responsible for how they represent these credentials to employers, clients, or any other party.
JaoTech Digital Institute provides training, resources, and guidance to the best of its ability. However, the institute does not guarantee specific income outcomes, employment results, or business success as a direct result of completing any JTDI program.
Individual results depend on the effort, consistency, application, and circumstances of each student. JTDI shall not be held liable for any financial loss, missed opportunity, or adverse outcome that a student attributes to their participation in any JTDI program.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JTDI's total liability to any student or visitor shall not exceed the amount paid by that individual for their JTDI program enrollment.
This website and JTDI communications may contain links to external websites, tools, platforms, and resources. These links are provided for informational and educational purposes only. JaoTech Digital Institute does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party website or platform.
Access to any third-party resource is at your own discretion and risk. JTDI encourages students to exercise independent judgment when engaging with any external platform or tool recommended within its programs.
JaoTech Digital Institute reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate the access of any student or visitor who violates these terms, engages in prohibited conduct, or whose continued participation is deemed contrary to the interests of the institute or its student community.
Termination may occur without prior notice in cases of serious violation. In less severe cases, JTDI will communicate a warning before taking further action. The decision of the institute regarding termination is final.
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or your use of JTDI services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.
